Parsons Green Airbnb management for an investor’s three-bedroom house
This Parsons Green Airbnb management case study began in 2023. We worked with an investor to identify and purchase a tired three-bedroom house in Parsons Green, SW6, that would suit short-term lettings. It is a freehold house with outdoor space and the master bedroom on its own floor. It sits in a very prime residential part of Fulham.
Inside the house
The house is a red brick London townhouse of about 1,100 sq ft (100 m²). It has a large, fully equipped kitchen and a bright, airy living area. The private patio has a dining area and deck chairs, and guests can barbecue in summer. The new designer bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is an English roll-top bath with lion claw feet. The master suite has a four-poster king-size bed. Velvet blackout blinds and double glazing keep the bedrooms dark and quiet. Cafes, restaurants and the District line are all within walking distance.
