In 2023 we worked with an investor to identify and purchase a tired 3 bedroom house in Parsons Green that would be suitable for short term lettings. After purchase, we managed a light renovation, including new engineered wood floors and a new walk in shower room, to make the property attractive and also hard wearing for holidays lets.

We have achieved highs of 100% occupancy and £9,000 pcm, with direct bookings from existing clients, comparing nicely to the long term letting value of £3,000 to £3,500 pcm
